Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClawHousing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawHousing provides hosted OpenClaw AI assistant instances. Each user receives a dedicated, isolated container with access to AI models, messaging channels, and extensible skills.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances
• Use the Service to distribute malware or spam
• Exceed your plan's resource limits through circumvention
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

6. AI Usage and Limitations

AI responses are generated by third-party models and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs. ClawHousing is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. AI usage is subject to the budget limits of your subscription tier.

7. Data and Storage

Your instance data is stored on dedicated storage allocated to your account. Storage is subject to the limits of your subscription tier. We perform regular backups but do not guarantee data recovery. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of critical data.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your instance and data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawHousing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
